U can wear an instead cup, i've never worn one so I cant personally recommend it, but if youre trying to avoid inserting something into your vagina then u would still have to. But it is the only other option besides waiting

You can just bleed into the water, but it is unsanitary, and most likely against the rules for a public pool, or should be.
Tampons are more comfortable then you think they might be. (You will still be a virgin, even if you use tampons.)
You can also use a product called Instead, they are very comfortable.

Your body will actually seal up against the water - an awesome biological evolution! But once you get out of the water, you'll continue to menstrate so you'd need to immediately put in a tampon. If you choose to swim with one then use the lightest one possible and change it immediately after getting out of the pool. It can sometimes be a pain because the tampon itself may start to leak from the extra water its absorbing.

You could use the Instead Menstrual Cup
http://www.softcup.com/
although tampons are way easier to use in my opinion.

im not undersatnding why you cant use a tampon...?
honestly, they're not that bad, infact they are A LOT more comfortable than a bulky pad.... you must not want to go swimming that bad.

when you are in the water you do not bleed, but when you come out of the water it could actually be a bit heavier. Atleast that is what happens with me, and anyone else I know but if you are going to do that make sure that once you get out you are going to change. If not just wear a tampon while swimming its really no big deal.
