Long hot bath followed by short shower to rinse off. Then curl up in front of an open fire on a cold night with my boyfriend, a pizza, glass of wine and a good movie on TV.

I say my prayers,get in bed with a book, read for a few minutes until my cat jumps on me and makes me turn off the light. We both go to sleep.

my favourite is to know that my family is there for me if i had a hard day or anything i want to talk to them about what went wrong or another way is to lay in the grass and read a book or just lay there and watch the clouds go by
