Thats a tough one. There are so many to pick from. Depending on the beat and the lyrics. Sometimes it doesn't always make the best of mixes. personally anything by Luda or Missy are good with me. A big fan of pretty much anything that I can dance to tho.

It's hard to narrow it down to just one, but if I have to choose I'd say "Stakes Is High" by De La Soul. Great beat (by the late, great J Dilla) and great lyrics that actually mean something. What more can you ask for? If you haven't heard it before, you need to.

I like any stuff by Jurrassic 5 or The Beastie Boys.
(I'm clearly a rock fan) but all of their music kicks ***.
