I've heard that it is Soy, then I heard it was Tofu. So what is it really? Anyone used to work there?

Oh, the frozen ones aren't NEARLY as good as fresh "sliders" from the restaurant. :( White Castle is a burger and fry chain started about a billion years ago. So, so good if you can find them fresh. If you live in the south, there's a copy cat chain called Krystal. They're pretty close to White Castles, but not quiiiiiite the same...

Noo,
my friend used to work there.
They used Grade A beef, so thats 100% good pure beef!
Theres so many rumors about White Castles.

Taco Bells uses Grade D meat :/ eh.

Waaa waaa. I live in Alaska. I have never been to or even seen a White Castle. Am I missing anything?

It is ground beef mixed with beef livers. Not sure of the ratio but if you eat the patty by itself (not recommended), you'll see. Liver and onions in a portable form. Yum.

No - but someone once told me they can't even tell their employees how White Castle burgers are made. I hope you get the answer . Many have tried to get one for years .

We used to discuss this a lot in my family. We came to the conclusion it was MeatLoaf. Partly beef and partly sausage, will fillers such as corn flakes.

It's just beef that they've steamed (note small holes in burger cooks it fast and keeps it juicy)

Never worked there but its beef..just a low grade of beef.
