I don't know about you, but i have something like a dizzy spell all the time where it feels more like the world is spinning around me. This condition is known as Vertigo. If this doesn't sound like you, try tracking your symptoms on WebMD.com, then talk to your doctor about your results. Sometimes dizzy spells can even result due to over exposure to heat, like dehydration, not eating properly or enough or that with a mix of lack of sleep. Think about it, has your diet or daily routine changed? If you seem stressed, try napping for twenty minutes for a few days, maybe that will help you out.

It may be coz of low blood pressure! this could be more likely so go 2 ur doctor n find out. don't wait too long n experience further symptoms. its definetly nothing big 2 worry bout. Try not 2 get over tired or stressed during dizzy spells.

Umm could be pregnant lol.
I'd say you are most likely dehydrated.
Drink much water, cut down of caffeine - coffee/tea in particular. Do more exercise and sleep loads.
Insomnia can do that a lot as well you see.
If it persists after that, and when the stress has cooled down, seek medical advice.

are you having an unusually large monthly flow? you may be anemic due to loss of too much blood. you may not have enough blood in your system to provide enough oxygen to your heart. therefore you get tired easier and out of breath and dizzy..I know, since i've been anemic an needed a blood transfusion. I lost a lot of blood due to an injury and did nothing about it ..til i almost passed out ...doctors informed me women go thru this quite often due to their heavy periods.

You may have an inner ear infection or be dehydrated. I would recommend seeing a doctor. It could be something serious.
