Does anyone know where I can get the Tales of Symphonia OVA in the English language, not English subtitles?

They haven't dubbed the Tales of Symphonia OVA into English, and I'm not sure there are plans to dub it so you'll have to settle for the subtitled version for now

The Tales of Phantasia OVA took about two years to get subbed. So... yeah, probably two years. You'll just have to wait and settle for sub titled or fandubbed.

Nowhere. It has just been released on Japan this month. You could wait 2 years for it be out on the US.
