I thinks she tries to hard. She is so full of herself.

I used to think she was fake but i have changed my mind. I admire her a lot now. There are not many women out there who would go after what they want and be as successful as she is. I prefer her talk show to oprah's. I know oprah is well grounded in what she does but tyra's not doing too badly for someone who just started her show. Plus she's become really curvy and i admire her even more for that. her topics are nice. I laff some, i am almost moved to tears some, so hey cut her some slack!

i think tyra is great. her show is like a talk show for the younger crowd. if i even tried to sit down and watch a full hour of oprah id die. but tyra i can sit thru all day

I think she does over do it, though she is doing good. Some shows can be not so interesting,she just needs to focus a little more in to the show than herself.I do think she is trying too hard to be the next Oprah,which I believe would not compare whatsoever.

I think Tyra goes after what she believes in with all her heart. She seems to really care about young women. America's next top Model is fantastic, except when they get into the high school personality stuff. She is RICH!and smart. She knows she is too old to model, so she is looking to the future and that is what a smart woman does--looks ahead and is always independent.

I do and notice she always has to throw in talking about herself on every single show? She's annoying and her show needs to be canceled already because her topics are getting worse and worse. I feel she ridicules society too with some of her topics i.e. obesity, homelessness, etc.

The few times I watched she seem to be so fake to me. She seems to cater to upscale people instead of everday life folks. I want her to look regular instaed of all made over on the show with the stillettos, too tight jeans, curly weave, and all the make up. Just be yourself, not what tv wants you to be.

Yes, she appears to be trying way too hard (the way she hosted the show). Maybe she wants to be the next Oprah.

I totally agree with you. It makes her look so phony. Like she just Miss High & Mighty, like she never did dirt. I use to love her, but that show turned me totally against her. I never thought she was the stuck up type !!!

yeah, your question is a little confusing. are you asking if she overdoes it? or are you asking if she sux cuz she doesn't know exaxtly what to do? the majority here thinks she's phony, therefore she may be trying to hard to appease the masses which would come across as fake.
