There could be a ton of reasons for this... but, only he knows the right one! You have to get him to talk to you openly about his feelings and what is going on.

The first few months of any relationship are full of sex and everyone is happy. After time, people get comfortable, and are not as worried about that kind of thing. Also, maybe other things have changed. People (usually) have to feel some sort of connection to be "into" sex. If he feels disconnected from you, it may be harder to get into the mood. He may very well not be cheating, but he may not feel the same as he did a year ago. Try to get more on the same level, and things might get better. I know when my boyfriend and I are fighting a lot in a period of time, our sex life is not as great as when we are happy with eac other. Look at other factors besides cheating.
On the other hand, if you ask him if he's cheating and he never gives you an answer, you may be hitting the tip of the iceberg. Might wanna try getting an straight answer on that.

i went through this with my wife, for me it wasn't about her or sex, i was just depressed with my job and how life was going, no drive or enthusiasm for anything, we sat down and disussed it for a few days, just being able to share how i felt and not being made to feel weak or stupid was a great relief things got alot better and now we having more and better sex.
