Let A = 2x
4.sin 2x.cos 2x
= 4.sin A.cos A
= 2.(2 sin A.cos A)
= 2.sin 2A
= 2.sin 4x

we have the identity sin2x = 2 sin x cos x
so 4 sin 2x cos 2x = 2 sin 4x

sine the double of the angle:sin2x=2sinxcosx
similarly:sin4x=2sin2xcos2x
therefore 4sin2xcos2x=2(2sin2xcox2x)
=2*sin4x
=2sin4x
