You can contact a computer instructor at any college that has computer classes.
You can try deleting the account and opening a new account.
You can also talk to a computer expert on the radio (Saturdays, 11 am to 1 pm, Leo LaPort on KFI-AM640 Radio.
If its a Dell computer, they can fix it online free. You can go online with another computer to get the Dell fixed. www.dell.com and click under Technicam Support.

Create a new account and then delete the bad account and then XP will give you the option of saving that accounts files, just save them in the new account. no settings will be carried over.

fastest way is to create him a new account and delete the old one. Even though his account is infected, it usually means the whole computer is too.

Maybe boot into safe mode, using your brothers account,
and go to the control panel/printers and other hardware/keyboard,
and see if you can find something that looks strange, and maybe fix it.

well there no other way to fix this ur self!
you have to options either deleting the account
or
calling smeone and paying them to.
I'd go with the cheaper way(deleting the account)

hope this helped:]
