Yes but its of no nutritional value at all, unless you have the crickets/locust feeding on vegetable matter for the previous 24hrs and that's not really the type of protein the fish needs.

Yes, but make sure you remove the legs before feeding them, the legs have sharp jagged point which can harm fish, other than that cricket are healthy for fish, and provide plenty of protein.
