What are the social consequences of these racial disparities. a.) the infant mortality rates for Blacks and Whites in Erie County are about 33 and 7, respectively. b.) the rate of incarceration of adult Black males in the USA today is about 6 times higher than the incarceration of Blacks was in Apartheid South Africa. c.) the out-marriage rate of Native Americans is about 50% whereas for all other ethnic groups it is lower than 5%.

Statistics can be skewered to answer almost every agenda. That said - - - each of the items you have listed is affected by differing factors.

A) Infant mortality is evidence of the crumbling state of health care in the US of A. A bloated bureacratic mess a morass in which insurance companies mismanage resources and penalize the working poor many of whom happen to be 'black.'

B) Prisons stats are skewered by the fact that America is gung ho on incarcerating people for minor drugs offences. In places such as Texas police often have to plant 'pot' on suspects in order to insure that they will go to jail. Also many states have rules on the books that prevent former 'felons' from voting therefore the establishment jails blacks' in order to deny them the right to vote.

C) Native Americans have been dumped on ever since trhey had their continet ripped away from them.
