No you are fine. Your weight with your height is perfect but if you feel that u r overweight you can consider going for walks for 30minutes everyday which can result in your body to lose weight.

You are about perfect! In fact, you are about 12 pounds under weight. Keep in mind that your almost done growing and being 5'7" at 16 is about normal.
