I agree with you - I don't know how people do that. I would never share my man with anyone and I have no desire to mess around with other guys either.

Sometimes that is the case. But in most instances, people that are involved in swinging and/or 3somes are much more secure in their relationships and their sexuality than the rest of us.
I would think that if someone were not happy in bed they would either cheat, leave, or just deal with it. Those that share lovers would have to be already pretty satisfied and very adventurous.
Think about this. If you are not happy with your sex life, you would not want your significant other finding out that there is better sex to be had with someone else. You also would not want people finding out how lame you two are in bed.
In contrast, if things are fabulous in bed, then there is no threat to the relationship when someone else gets involved, because no one can compare to your partner.
I probably wouldn't so it out of fear of STDs since I have a family. But I would not completely dismiss it either.

I would never do it, but thousands do. It has nothing to do with not being happy with you as a spouse, it's all about fulfilling fantasy and having a new experience. Hey, let's face it, after ten years of marriage a couple has had sex 2-4,000 times! There has got to be some creative ideas floating around that some people may want to experience.
Statistics have shown that a guy's number one fantasy is to have sex with two women at the same time. A woman's favorite fantasy is to either be forced (raped, without the violence) or to have sex with two guys at one time. So, it's in the mind of a lot of people, and some people have the fantasy of seeing their spouse with another person. It grows from a certain boredom, and please don't deny that this doesn't happen. My guess is if you asked your spouse, and they were 100% honest with you, they'd have all kinds of fantasies that you never dreamed of. Either that, or they are brain dead. Take your choice.

In my current marriage my hubby would never dream of it & Neither would I!
However, my X did...when I was on medication for migraines that made me zombie like....he invited a couple of friends over to have a little "Fun" while I was out of it.
I cannot tell you how painful it was, and no matter how much I protested, even though I was not strong enough to fight 3 of them, they continued.
He did not care about sharing, in fact I overheard him say "Come over any time, she will be here." Like I was a prostitute or something.
It was my friend Amy who saw what they were doing and saved my life. She just happened to stop by that night to visit, and took me away from them. They were not only forcing me into sex, they were burning me with curling irons and anything else they could get hot.
So, some men/ladies are freaks and like that stuff and some are not..it is all up in their sick minds .
Good LUCK N Blessings

I think all that is an aberration. Who in his/her right mind, being married and loving his wife/ her husband would consent to have more people in their bed ? They say it's for spicing up their sex lives, I think that's a lame excuse. There is no respect, no love, no exclusive emotional, sexual intimacy for a couple doing that.

There are people out there that think of sex separately from love... just pure pleasure. Not everyone thinks of sex that way as it is natural for humans to feel emotionally attached to their sex partner. If you're in the majority, you probably could never deal with swinging, threesomes and group sex.
With that said, if you can truly detach yourself from the emotions that sex brings, it can be a very enjoyable experience! It's just sex (to them).

I would never do that. The best relationship is where both of you can talk about what you want in bed and you don't have any one in bed but the two of you. Talking with each other is the best thing.

Hell no. To me if my partner asked me for a threesome its like he is insulting my intelligence. Asking for a threesome is basically asking for permission to cheat with out them having to feel guilty about it. Honestly if you really think about if your lover is constantly asking you for a threesome that means they are bored with you. You are not enough for them. They want fresh meat. However, by taking this approach in asking for a threesome your partner will not have to feel guilty. Also they are getting pleasure by 2 people. So basically not only did your partner get away with cheating, but they got pleasured twice. Its like this, " Hey honey do you wanna watch me cheat on you and you can join in if you like." With out the guilt. Now that's what I call damn fooling at its finest.
