Clinton, 30% chance of becoming President in 08. Obama, 25%, Romney 10%, Giuliani 10%, Edwards 15%, Thompson 10%. Clinton's main problem is the number of people that would vote for Hugo Chavez over her, but she is very likely to win the Democratic nomination & Bush has painted the GOP into a corner. Obama stands a better chance in the general election than does Clinton, but Clinton has the inside track in the primary & he is unlikely to overcome that. Romney has to overcome religious bigotry to make the cut. Edwards, may have a good shot if Clinton & Obama cut each other up badly in the primary. For Giuliani to win the surge must show some signs of being successful by the start of 08.
In my opinion the GOP will take a beating in 08... I would have to bet on Clinton being our next president.

Giuliani 25% If he wins the prinary, he sails through in Nov.
Clinton 20% Probably gets nominated but too divisive in the general election
Romney 15% Seems to be slipping in the pols
Obama 10% Little chance of getting nominated.
All others 30%
Thompson has best chance of the rest, in fact at least as good as Clinton.

Clinton has the best odds, Obama next, but Edwards is going to beat him out.
If Gore ran he would win the nomination.
Romney and Giuliani, or any Republic have between a 0 and no chance to win. There is NO WAY a Republican is going to be elected again. We have been subjected to almost 7 years of the worst president this country ever had and 12 years of a Republican congress who could not clamor enough to give blank checks to Bush for HIS war! Welfare for the rich!
Florida won't be the Republicans savior this year, though they are still one of the worst states to discriminate against minorities!

It's going to be interesting. Obama has almost 250,000 people who donated for the upcoming quarter. Not too shabby. Clinton is still the front runner, but who knows for how long? Giuliani is not conservative enough for the Repubs. They will probably go with Thompson.
My prediction:
Dems.- Once Edwards drops out, those voters will join Obama who will JUST barely get the nomination.
Repubs.-Thompson
Too soon to tell who will win it all...

Think it will end up Hillary Clinton vs Fred Thompson.
I think Fred Thompson wins but I do think it will be another close election.
If Bloomberg joins in, or if Obama is the Dem nominee, I think Fred Thompson wins handily.

Obama and Hillary have no chance at all of winning a general election. Rudy will only win if he's facing Hillary or Obama, but he probably won't get the Republican nomination. Romney has a decent shot, but his wavering history might get him.
John McCain and Bill Richardson are the best two from either party, but unfortunately, neither one will get nominated. It's looking like Fred Thompson might very will be the next President.
