Once you get your first badge and can use the GTS and wi-fi trading, yes, you can get all the starters.

You can either (a) Trade with a friend who has them and has breed them.

(b) Use the GTS to trade for them by offering a pokemon and then asking for whichever Pokemon you're looking for.

If I was you I would ask some one to trade you a ditto and then put in the Pokemon you stared in the day care once you do that you well have for example a chimchar egg or what ever Pokemon you stared out with weather it's evolved or not and then you can put that on trade for a lets say pipulp and get that once that happens do the same thing but this time for a turtwing then you have all three Pokemon because some people don't like the Pokemon they start out with then they go to trade this is what i well do when i get a ditto and i think I'll have all three starters before you know it trust me this well work
