I manage a garage and we receive NEW rotors that are warped quite often. It is very possible that the rotors, even new ones are warped. A bad caliper could also cause this, but that is not so common. There is also a great possibility that there is another problem in the front suspension. Check the Radius Arm and Bushings. The Sway Bar and it's Control links. Also check to be sure the rim isn't bent a little, or the tire is not way out of balance. Is the ABS (if equipped) system firing when it shouldn't? A bad ABS sensor can cause the ABS to engage and cause some vibration as well. The ABS light should come on in this case, but it is possible that the light wont engage either.

What about the wheel bearings? Did you put a dial indicator on the rotors and check for run out? Ball joints aren't worn, are they? Good luck.

You can get bad rotors right from the manufacturer., or there was rust that wasn`t cleaned off behind them.If you think it`s the tires rotate them and see if it goes away.

In addition to what sixpac and fordman said, check the CV joints and motor mounts.

you say the outer tie rods are good, what about the inner, and ball joints.

We call it the dodge shimmy. Ours does it too, mostly when we have the air on high. My brother has the same make and model as me, and his does it too. We get a rattle. Do you?
