Yes you need a heater unless you live in a warm climate where the ambient water temp is around 80f, The black-moor requires water temp of around the 60/65 area and is really misplaced, the angel comes from the amazon area and above 80f would be the norm.
Angel fish are not aggressive, they are however a cichlid and will devour any fry in the tank.
I've no idea what a Dragon fish is, you could be referring to an Arowana, or maybe the eel/catfish type, in either case it don't really matter what temp you have because that's the only fish that will be in the tank in a very short period of time, both those are extremely quick growing and are likely to devour anything they can get in there mouth, both will become to big for you tank unless you have 180/210 gallons, or its something that has a different generic name.

The swordfish is a mid to top living fish the fact that the top of the fish is flat and the mouth upturned means he will more than likely spend more time in that area as thats where he would normally feed. However, it could be that he's a little worried like me about whatever a Dragon fish is.

Swordtails are tropical fish and need to be in warmer water. Also aren't angelfish aggressive? If you have the fish with aggressive fish it may be scared to swim around. This can stress out the swordtail and cause it's immune system to drop and it can become ill.

A swordfish is a tropical species of fish. Its water temperature requirements is about 75 degrees. So yes you do need a heater. Why do you have it with a species of gold fish? Those are cold water fish and wont be comfortable with higher water temperatures.
