I'm surprised no one answered this question. All numbers are relative from base 2 to base 10 or further they help us make sense of amounts. there is a number that describes infinity used in calculus. It looks like i figure 8 race track but sideways.
It's not on my computer keyboard. But it looks kind of like this: C><3. Conecting the shape and rounding the back of that 3. It.....might.... be called ebsolon in the Greek alphabet, but I'm not sure. It means infinity or forever, never ending.
If there was an end, what is beyond that?

well like most people said here there is no end really cause we can keep creating numbers but as of right now the last number that we have is called a centillion which consists of 303 zeros

Wouldn't it be "n+1" where n = the last number of the numbers...

I think there is no last number, you should think whats the result of the following operations:

0/0 =
0x0 =
infinite/0 =
0/infinite=
infinitexinfinite=
infinite+infinite=

good luck

It's 9...then every other number is a repeat of 0-9 into infinity

there is none

as soon as someone can think of a number that we don't have a latin or greek root to make up a name for, we'll make a new root.

P.S. Infinity is just a concept, not a number. once you reach what you think is infinity, there's still more

There is no last number. There are infinitely many numbers.

In fact, there are infinitely many sizes of infinity.

There's no such thing. No matter what number you come up with, just add another number to it, and you've got a bigger number.
