I'm building my first computer and I'm using a ASUS m2n-SLI motherboard and I've noticed that I can't hook up my monitor to the ASUS back panel....I have a PNY GeForce 8800 that I bought also...can I use the graphics card to hook my screen up to setup my computers Bios?

Of course the backpanel has no VGA port, because the motherboard has no integrated graphics. Your 8800 will work at startup even w/out the driver yet such that you could enter BIOS menu.
