It's completely true. Although, some people are forced to love, making it artificial and I suppose not love at all. Like when two teens have a baby and have to get married because of it, even though they have zero feelings for each other. Sometimes as time goes by you can learn to love someone, but you can't help that one true love you have for someone. â¥

I am afraid it is true from personal experiences. You cannot help falling in love WITH them, but you actually can DECIDE whether you want to be with them.
