I also recommend a souce named 'Lectric Law Library. An irreverent site, but packed full of plain language help and definitions of legal terms.

There is no "best" choice until you find out what kind of portections you three want written in you articles of incorporation.

You gotta do the research.

The "best" will probably depend on the way you want your company and share structure to be setup.
