It will come with a power cord and at least a VGA cable. Some come with included DVI cables, and some don't. It depends on the brand and/or model.

Every monitor that I am aware of comes with a power cord and a VGA cable.
If it is DVI capable, then some come with a DVI cable, others save a couple of bucks and do not.
Ask when you buy it.

It will definitely come with a power cord as for the cable I willing to bet that it would also be included with most.

It should...but when you go and buy it, check the outside of the box, or ask the sales person....it should tell you the contents of what is inside the box...or the sales person should be able to tell you ...
