I finished the first 3 pretty quickly, because they were short and I had trouble putting them down! The next 3 probably took me about a month each.

I can finish a book in less than 3 days...and I finished the 6th one in less than 24 hours, because I could NOT put it down. I'm a Draco fan though...
I'm a very fast reader and I love to read, so if I'm interested in a story I can burn through it really quick.

It took me aobut 4-5 days to finish all 6 books, so about 16 hours per book. I can't wait for the last book to come out on July 21st!!!!!!! Word of advice: read the books before seeing the movies, it makes it much more worthwhile!!!!

I read Half-Blood Prince during a period of 24 hours. Order of the Phoenix took me about a week, reading on and off. I can't remember how long it took me to read the other ones.

Kind of depends on how quick of a reader you are. It'll take me a week to two to read the books because I read at night and my body is accustomed to falling asleep after about 15 to 20 minutes of reading. It's not because the books are boring (which they aren't), it's just that's how I get myself to sleep.

I just re-read the 5th and 6th in less than a week..the first time I read the 6th, I finished it in 2 days.
