i need to find a new hard drive for my laptop
i was told that a hitachi travel star was a good hardrive but i wanna hear your opinions
if possible could you give me a link

Every hard drive is different. I do not have your specific hard drive. Tosiba's Deskstar series has had a lot of problems, (nicknamed Deathstar) but the Travelstar has a bit more favorable reviews.
When you are looking at hard drives, pay attention to the speed. You will save a bit of money by purchasing a 5400rpm hard drive, but the performance for a 7200rpm hard drive far outstrips the slower model.
I have included a link to the 120gb laptop hard drive section of Newegg.com. Each hard drive has been reviewed by people who own the respective drives. I hope that this helps.
