Thank you K.C finally I meet someone who said the words out of my mouth.I hate it when they play the victums.
My parents are both mixed. They both don`t call themselves mixed and my mom thinks I need my head examen. They are like that because of salvery days. There are acting as if blacks are the most important in the world. My mom acted racist when she said i`m too obsess about the Asians just because I was talking about Japan`s culture.I like to search other cultures on the net including African. There are alot of blacks who don`t want their mixed relatives to say that they are half white and half black because of the past. They prefer to call them light skin blacks if they are light skin,or just black in general.Did you ever saw the movie ''beauty shop''? i think it was so racist.I have seen white movies that make black racist remarks but the people who say those things in the movie is seen as a bad person but this movie'' beauty shop'' was different they make it seem it was ok to be racist against the white hair stylist. Its as if the movie people are saying ''its ok because they are black'' .I was so shook to see that.I`m Canadian and it lead me to think that`s the way black people in America behave.
Usually you`ll see some African Americans treating Caucasians in America like crap because they are not treated fairly right now, also because of salvery days.

An interesting side note is that many of us (white people currently living in the US) have no ties to slavery. My family came over in the early 1900s from Italy, they didn't own any slaves. Some minorities need to learn some more facts before ranting and raving at "white" people. Lumping all white people into 1 category is a very broad sweeping generalization that immediately shows their ignorance.
To answer your question, it's simply a scapegoat, an excuse. The truth is they really don't have an answer for the overwhelming number of African Americans populating the ghettoes and the prisons and for other questions like that. Or at least they do not have the intelligence to research one properly.

O.K., O.K, let's quit the "Caucasian" label! Did you (or your ancestors) remove from the Caucauses? It is time to ignore the knuckleheads in Government. They tell us "commoners" not to use labels and such, yet they are always the first to use labels!
As to your question, probably for the same reason why some "whites" [honkies, gringoes] mistreat "coloreds", to include black, yellows, browns and reds.
As to when was slavery abolished, I reckon it depends upon your definition. I would say that, since the CEO's and other big shots of corporations receive millions of dollars annually irregardless of the performance of the corporation (see recently, Yahoo!) and the workers receive minimum wage, I would say that that is "slavery".
Yes, slavery oppressed people irregardless of color. Many Colonists were "indentured" servants. Meaning, their masters could beat, murder, rape, whatever and get away with it.
Yes, people have the right to "free speech", but common law for centuries has held that one's rights end when they infringe upon another's rights.
Unfortunately, many people (irregardless of "color") have learned that a fortune is to be had simply by bringing up the past. What are we to do if the People (those commonly called "Indians") were to get reparation for all they lost?
I think yours is basically a good question, but, hey, what if we all quit using labels (and leave it up to the Government to label)?

who has actually approached you and told you that you were responsible for for that??? I bet no one has... and like I said when you asked this question before... just because others were slaves does not change the fact that it happened here nor does it make it any less evil, do you all who consistently ask this type of question think black people are going to say " well that changes everything, I won't talk about my ancestors again because they weren't the only ones, and white people might think I am blaming them" ..... and also like I asked previously, why do some white people think that black folks should kiss their asses.... you are ranting about something that I bet has not even happened to you... my answer isn't racist either, I am just observing also

Some Black people are ignorant it has nothing to do with their skin color. Just like I've experienced A LOT of negativity from White Americans when I moved here 5 years ago from Tanzania. I think some people are insecure, frustrated and attacking a person because of their skin color is easy for them, it gives them an excuse to hate.

I like your question and it has a value point, but you have to accept that people are people and will believe, say, do, act any way they deem right to them. Just like you have the right to "Free Speech" they have the same right to believe and say what they want. We don't have to like it or even read the answers you may get, but we do have to accept the fact that this IS a free country and we are free to be who we are.

Maybe because certain Caucasians deserve to be treated like crap. If you were mistreated by a Brother, you need to ask yourself - why did s/he treat me badly ? From the tone of your question I can tell that you do not respect other human beings who may have different skin tones than you. Remember, the color of your skin is only skin deep. Respect others and they will respect you too. Peace!
P.S. On the other hand, maybe we treat you like crap because you have a tiny weenie.
See - how did that make you feel?
To quote a moron, "I'M not violating any jack off "codes of conduct". This is America. I have a right to free speech!"

Because some people just need someone to blame. The same people who think we should see past race, are the same people who think Bryant Gumbel is an "oreo" because he doesn't sound "black" enough. Stupid people love double standards.
