Of any I've ever been to? The Emeril's locations. I've been to the one in Orlando as well as the South Beach Miami and both were among my top 10 dining experiences ever (I'm almost 47 and a total foodie!)
Places I can go whenever I want? That would be Esposito's in Fairfax, Virginia... because I haven't had Southern Italian food that authentic since I was a child living in Richmond and went to Mario's which went out of business because Mario filled his customers up on "free tastes" when he added menu items.
He was an Italian who liked to feed his friends... and if you walked in you were a friend... and Esposito's has the same atmosphere with Mama's table wine and a guy in black chino's and white t-shirt behind the bar but the guy pouring your wine out of a carafe is dressed to the nines.... authentic. This is like Jersey gal/South Philly gravy authentic.
