My girlfriend is away one month for school. We are both in the Military and she called me this morning and said she is spotting, from what I know, this could mean possible pregnancy right? She's almost 2 1/2 weeks from her next cycle. Any help?

she could be aving implantation bleeding, so yes she can be pregnant, or sometimes a girls body just makes her spot. She should wait and see if she misses her next period, and take a test 2 days after it would have ended.

Bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy. About 1 in 3 women do experience some bleeding during pregnancy, but it isn't a common symptom of pregnancy, it just happens sometimes in pregnancy and sometimes for other reasons, such as hormonal fluctuations.

2 1/2 wks is too early. The earliest a test will show anything is 31/2 wks.

its probably ovulation. if shes 2 1/2 weeks from her next cycle this would be her ovulation time.

Some girls spot when they ovulate, so that could be what's it's from.

spotting means bleeding because of her period...if she WAS pregnant this most likely means she had a miscarriage. Sorry...
