You know this fight has already begun with people like Rep Denis Kucinich pushing it. But now since Talk radio and the Internet is how voters heard about the disaster of a bill being pushed forward the Dems will be out in force to take down conservative talk radio for good.

Talk radio is safe. The good senator from Indiana is introducing a bill in the next few weeks to permanently outlaw the fairness doctrine, or similar legislation.
