I agree with "Harry The Snake" on this one. The lib`s only hope in America is to confuse the people with various forms of BS. Conservatives on the radio explain things and spell it all out for us. The silly libs have had the same opportunity, but have failed. They have been rejected by the American people......What a bunch of sorry losers. Now, they want to shut certain parts of American radio/press down....Talk about complete, fascist state control of the populous.....That is the new DEMOLEFTIST party.

While I would say that Reid is an idiot, in that same breath I'd add that listeners of certain so-called right-wing talk radio shows are also idiots.

The hosts of some of these shows are nothing more than hot-air windbag entertainers with no redeemable credibility.
But, they bring in the listeners and that sells advertising and THAT is what America is all about, right?

I agree. Mr. Reid was trying to say something harmful about talk radio. He instead complimented the talk show hosts, who have been carefully spelling out every stinking aspect of the immigration bill.

"Now, they want to shut certain parts of American radio/press down"

Yes, exactly. They are taking their cue from Venezualan madman Hugo Chavez

It is funny that Reid seemingly wants people to think that simplicity is a bad thing, and complexity is good... :)

Talk radio does oversimplify too many issues. Very few issues are clear. Immigration is one that has many facets.

I like NPR. Hey do you think Fox could stick around if it was listener supported?
