- Or, does your Representative answer to you . . . ?

I don't know if you're confused or not but, apparently they are.

Nope, THOSE dummies are supposed to answer to me and ALL of the voters who voted them into office. What is REALLY great is the fact that the Senate KILLED that God-awful immigration and amnesty reform bill. Now I want them to ENFORCE the immigration laws that are already on the books!
By the way, I understand that the immigration and amnesty reform measure won't be considered again until 2009.

Oh yes, I do, but Kay Granger apparently walks over a cliff for our president. He say's jump, she say's how high? I wish Jim Wright was back! In fact I wish he was president! He took care of local issue's, and ordinary people when he was in office. He had the personal touch. Pete Gergen our current Army secetray, replaced him, then Kay. Neither will listen to ordinary people here in Fort Worth. The district, basically Fort Worth, has been swirling down the drain ever since! I don't want update's on the Iraq war, straight from the administration's idea of it. I have two nephew's going back for their third tour. I just want decent social service's locally, and Texas to stop following George W. Bush like trained parrot's.

Neither. Unfortunately, my elected representatives tend to answer to the special interests that got them elected.

My elected representative is a totally useless piece of human garbage.

He answers to one thing and one thing only: $$$$

Well, my Congressman answers to me...but my two senators seem to be in their own little world and apparently answer to a higher calling (I didn't know that God was a registered Republican!).

I agree. Elected officials are supposed to serve their constituents, not the other way around.
