One of the sad things about this whole thing is not only were the lives of an innocent woman and child taken, but the illustrious career of a truly great wrestler is now forever spoiled. I idolized that guy, and he really, really threw me into a tailspin by becoming a monster. I will still say that he's the greatest wrestler of all time, but as far as being a passable human being, forget it.

WWE will never forget what Chris Benoit did outside of the ring in his own home to his own family.
That overshadows anything he did as a wrestler and it will keep him out of any Hall of Fame forever....and rightfully so. Anyone who would kill a mentally retarded 7 year old child does not deserve to be honored in any way by anyone - I don't care who they are or what else they might have done.
In a situation like this, it's only the last thing they did that matters.

before we found out this issue about him killing his family he would had 100% in the hall of fame. but after wwe learned about the murder that benoit did. benoit will never be in the hall of fame. he was a great wrestling to bad this happended

No the WWE is now done with Benoit, I heard that the WWE is trying to erase everything from him, his wrestling videos and pics, so I doubt that the WWE will ever even mention him after all of this is over.

The WWE is going to distance themselves as far as humanly possible from him.
What is rather ironic is that Vince is running around saying "don't rush to judgment about steroids", yet he himself has called Benoit a monster and they are trying to make him "go away".........and yet the investigation isn't even finished.
I have no doubt about what he has done - and it's horrible. But if killed his wife in an uncontrolled rage.....from steroids....then what? Does Vince have to bear part of the burden that his oh so clean organizations is just a drug ring that turns men into monsters?

I pretty sure they aren;t putting him in the Hall of Fame. they are already trying to forget about him.
