I'm just wondering how much $$$$ influence will buy the United States government?

Why is our government determined to advance the globalization of the economy even at the detriment of the people of the United States and the exploited laborers of the world who have no voice for labor laws?

I am wondering when you are going to move to a country you call "exploited" and start employing people.

Someone asked this on another board once. I made some reasonable assumptions and calculated the cost of capturing the Presidency to be about $3 billion. Well...that was the cost to BUY the Presidency, but it is still easily enough done for those people or corporations with sufficient resources.

In 1998 it cost me (working for the Culinary Union Local 226) roughly 2 million dollars to successfully out campaign John Ensign, and get Harry Reid re-elected by only 400 votes. Harry has shown his gratitude time and time again.

I'm not sure about a Congressman but if you need to know how much it would cost to buy a President, just contact the Saudi Royal Family.

They have purchased Two Presidents...Bush Sr. and the retarded cowboy they call Bush Jr.

The top corporations give millions. If you wanted to 'drop' $10 million, you could probably get exactly what you want.
