1. you can get them anytime w/o worrying.
2. After you find the mastersword.

1. You will be able to go back and get them, although you may not be able to do it right away. For example, if you miss getting a heart in the Forest Temple you will need the clawshot to go back and get it.

2. After you defeat the scarecrow kid in the sacred grove and get the mater Sword
