I was reading a little essay on the characteristics of people born on january tenth and stumbled across a catorgory refered to as Sacred and Cultural Significance. I tried to use encyclopedias and search engines but nothing told be what the histories are behind The Feast of Dreams and Iroquois New Year's Celebration. What are they about? Why are they important to January 10 people?

Of course the real problem here is that the Iroquois didn't have a January 10th. For them, it was all about the sun and the moon, and those don't perfectly adhere to the calendars. There are always issues.
Having said that, the Feast of Dreams was a way for some of the Iroquois (remember, there are five separate tribes in the Iroquois) to find spiritual enlightenment, usually through the use of drugs and also sleep and nutritional deprivation.

Who cares? People don't have characteristics according to which day they were born on, it's their genetic inheritance and their environment that give them their characteristics.
