How do you return the names of the My Computer files to the screen. Mine only show the icons.?

right click with ur mouse and there is a option show on desktop click on that

When you are in your file viewer on the toolbar s'where on the right hover over the icons and one is "views" there's a choice of large icon, small icon, details etc. You want "details
.

try system restore to earlier date
