Yes, Brazil, China and India have oil (petroleum oil).

for China and India the position is China 1953 2005
India 1974 2004
So these countries are not the major countries in terms of Oil production or reserves. But they are going to be leading consumers. Brasil will have ethanol to support.

there is oil in about every country just not alot I know there is some in east asia where 4% of our imported oul comes from and I believe there is some in Brazil same as india.
