Why would he stay up there all the time?
I have 3 other fish along in the tank which are:
Angel fish
Dragon fish
and a Black Moor...
Do you have any suggestion on what i could do to prevent this?
If this was happening to you what would you do?

Hi
It could be one of several thing. However I thing that it might be your water quality. I would do a 25 percent water change. You need to do a water change weekly. Your swordtail might also be a little bit imitated by the percents of a arowana (Dragon Fish). Also a Black Moore is cold water fish and should not be kept in a freshwater tropical tank.

The Black Moore cannot go in that tank, Goldfish (like the Black Moore) are coldwater fish. If you put coldwater fish in warm water, they will have a very short life. Your Swordtail is a social fish, it is probably very lonely, try getting 2 or 3 more Swordtails and it should all be good. How big is your tank, the Dragonfish (a kind of Goby) will get about a foot long and the Angelfish needs a tank that is about 15 inches tall...

Well first thing you should know is the community fish from the aggressive ones. Arowanas or dragon fish grow to be rather large 36' and their mouths tend to adjust to their size to say the least. So your sword tail, which has a max size of 3' is more then likely thinking he will be a nice meal to that larger fish in the weeks to come. So it is nervous as you would be if a giant lived on the top of your block which was known to eat people while they walked by.

check the link below you know I don't think you can get better info about fish from it.
