About an 8. I do tend to put more effort into putting off my work.

A "rate" implies that you are looking for a number of procrastinations per unit time.
My rate varies. When I am asleep, I procrastinate very little (unless I somehow put off dreaming).
However, more often than not, I put off getting to sleep way too long because I waited until the last minute to do so many things.
How about 6 per day.

I'm probably a good solid 5. Getting better as the years go by! I might make it to 10 by the time I'm old and gray!!
