I hemmed some drapes using fusible webbing and now I want to remove the hem. Is there a product to disolve the webbing?

With a little bit of heat, you can "re-melt" the adhesive and carefully pull apart. However, there is no guarantee that it will pull apart with ruining some of the yarns. I don't know of anything that will melt the adhesive and not affect the fabric or fabric finish. Do you want to make the curtains longer? If so, consider attaching another piece of fabric or coordinating lace to the bottom hem. Too much chance of ruining the fabric.

I don't know if there is anything that will actually dissolve the webbing. The best thing to do is put the iron over the area again until it heats up and then pull the fabric apart once it's warm enough. There will probably still be some residue though, so i don't know if you will be able to re use the fabric for something else.
