Take a picture of yourself in a skirt and size 2" heels and a skirt; then take a picture of same type shoes and a 3" heel.
Look at it objectively, from waist down.
I doubt you'll see much difference, except your butt sticks out more with the higher heels [ and your back hurts more ].

as far as a sexier heel? the width of the heel might help you feel sexier... A stilleto.... If your more comfortable in a shorter heel... go for it... and remember, sex appeal is about CONFIDENCE... not the shoes you wear!

Absolutly not ,whenever I want to get sexy I just slide on my 4' heels and I'm on top of the world.

higher heels look over done sometimes...the 2 to 3 inch with great legs are perfect

They sure can! It all depends on how you carry yourself in them. Some women look really awkward in very high heels, and awkward doesn't equal sexy!

They can if they are sandals and make your feet look good. Stay away from granny style shoes and look for shoes that in style now.

yeah as long as the heals aren't chunky they can have the same appeal,
not everyone can wear really high heals

Nope, but they are still better than flats, and may go better with very, very casual summer outifts.
