i need to take a "P.E." course. should i take "aerobics", "mat pilates", or "bowling"?

not real sure how bowling in classified as a sport, but whatever.

Go with bowling and for additional calorie burning you can ask them to turn off the automatic pin setter and ball return.

Aerobics will get you in shape if you want that. Bowling would probably be more fun, but not exercise.

hey, sweetie, don't knock bowling...lol....i did take that as a PE elective, along with golf. But that "aerobics" sounds like lots of fun....go for it.

Definitely bowling....although yoga or pilates could be "centering"

id take aerobics, it helps lower stress levels more then the others
