Looking to find one of the best tar/blemish removers and maybe directions on the right way to do it ....Its for my Black car

" Gunk be Gone" is a good one. WD 40 works well on a lot of stuff too. I've heard of another: 'Goo Remover'

Believe it or not WD-40 will dissolve tar with a moderate amount of rubbing with a terry cloth towel. It will not damage your paint either. When it's all clean re-wax the areas you removed the tar.

I've use Turtlewax tar remover with good success, and it doesn't damage the finish.
