Tony Blair's achievements...
Created a National Minimum Wage for the first time in the UK.
Moved the UK from a completely centralized state towards being a federation, by allowing the people of the nations and regions of the UK referendums, which created devolved legislatures and executives in Scotland, Wales and of course Northern Ireland. As you mentioned, the latter of which had been engulfed in a 30 year virtual sectarian civil war.
Increased democratic role in government by removing the right of hereditary peers, selected only by birth, to sit and vote in Parliament as members of the House of Lords.
Created a Supreme Court of the United Kingdom
Helped expand the EU from a group of 15 western nations dominated by France & Germany to a 27 nation bloc stretching across the continent, over which the power of France & Germany has greatly diminished.
Instrumental in getting NATO to stop the ethnic cleansing of the muslim population of Kosovo.
Personally responsible for sending UK forces to intervene in the Sierra Leonne civil war, protecting civilians, disarming brutal militias and replacing the incompetent (and possibly complicit) UN peacekeeping force.
Guided the UK towards a more tolerant society:
Civil Unions giving equal status and rights to gay couples as heterosexual couples get through marriage.
Outlawing discrimination based on sexual orientation, including in the military, which is now a very open and equal-opportunities employer.
Put African poverty to the top of the international agenda at the G8.
Helped bring the Olympic Games to London.
Stood by our allies, old (USA) and new (Spain) when they were attacked by terrorists.
Has lead a government that turned the NHS from a decimated institution to one that is now unanimously agreed as being vital to Britain's future.
Improved educational opportunities and results across the UK.
Most importantly, spoke for the British people when we were subject to terrorist attack, showing the world our government would not bend to such attacks and giving the British people confidence and a sense of security when they most needed it.
And for the record, I disagreed with a lot of Tony Blair's policies and am a member of the opposition Conservative Party, not his Labour Party. politicians are not superhuman, they make mistakes. But he held the greatest office in the land for a full decade and he left it with the country in a far better state than when he entered. he tried his best and he was a great PM.

Make no mistake this country's economy is b------d thanks to the Blair gang it's just that it has not shown through yet but it will it will and by the end of the year.
That gang have sold you out to USA you can be arrested and sent there for any offence if they ask for you. previously they had to show that you actually had a case to answer. there is one hell of a difference between the two. He has sent finger prints and DNA records to the EEC (yes including those of small children ) He has destroyed the morale of the armed forces fouled up the education system and failed to do anything concrete about the NHS. Excellent record Tony boy!!??

Two other things spring to mind. The minimum wage and winter fuel payments for the elderly. I can't think of much else that's note worthy

I trust you are correct in saying Mr.T.Blair brought peace to N.Ireland.I note you did not say "lasting peace."This process that T.Blair claims as his doing was instigated by Mr.J.Major when he was P.M.
