Try http://www.tortoise.org and see if the California Turtle and Tortoise Club (CTTC) has any for adoption, or pop over to http://www.turtleforum.com and see if anyone there is looking for a new home.

Red-foots are highly sought-after however, so if I find it first, I'm fighting you for it! ;-)
