1979 hoda atc model 110 wont start?

changed coil condensor points stator coil only get spark once in a while when i do it starts?

If the coil has only one plug, it gets grounded to the frame.
Clean the frame (remove any paint) and coil with a wire brush.
Flywheel may need replacing - bad or loose magnets.
The engine might not be making a good connection to ground.
Attach jumper cables from the engine to a bare metal part of the frame, to see if that fixes the spark problem.
