I answered this question before but I'm not against doing it again. To access the Character Map:
â¼ Click "Start"
â¼ Go to "Programs"
â¼ Go to "Accessories"
â¼ Go to "System Tools"
â¼ Click on "Character Map"
⺠The Character Map has all the little â¼â¦â¥âªâºââ«â¼âºâ â and even some €‗‚Ú±Úصï®ï®ï®ï»».
⺠Be careful about the symbols you choose. You have to use a normal font (not Wingdings or Webdings) in order to use the symbols on Yahoo! Answers. Otherwise, you'll get something totally different than what you wanted.

Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map
Look through the different fonts and you'll find a bunch of different symbols. Copy & paste it into the field (everyone else does this but for some reason it won't show up on my computer! Hope you don't have the same problem!)
