I can't believe what I found. A web site that allows people to type in a name, and get my address, phone number, all my info. Even my moms name!!! Is there a law that protects us? I even typed in my brothers name and found out all of his information! Something has to be done!

first start with your own government. The government can't legally gather this info on you so they hire contractors to do it. The system is set up to protect business and the government, NOT YOU! You will find many sites on the web for this. Please do all you can to confuse the system. Look up how to hide yourself on the net. VERY INTERESTING!!! Take the time to help yourself.

Did you know that former Bill Clinton Aid, Dick Morris broke a story a few weeks ago, that Bill Clinton receives $500,000 a year from one of these companies as a "Consultant"?
It targets Senior Citizens. Clinton then refused to confirm or deny it...

That's why you need to be careful about giving out your information online. Some webmasters collect personal information and sell it to others, including spammers. That may be how you got on that list.

If it's whitepages, all of that is already in the actual book. Technology just put it on the web.

Any information that is listed on those sites is already publicly available, all they do is gather it together. So no, it is not illegal.

That is perfectly legal. Welcome to the electronic age. What is this website? If it is ZabaSearch, it is indeed validated by the US Courts.
