Of course you can, many people have done just that. However it's probably much more expensive than you think. If you plan on staying in any single country longer than about 6 months you will need to get some type of extended tourist visa or residency visa. However if you can prove your financial wherewithal, that shouldn't be a problem. Your ability to stay an extended period of time will depend on where you are coming from, you might want to check with the embassy of the country you plan on staying at first.

if u have the money to take that long of a vacation, sure! go for it! if you dont then i doubt that unless u wanna live unders the bridge.
