5 cd is a common factor of the three terms
then
25c^2 d + 10cd^3 - 20cd
= 5cd ( 5c + 2d^2 - 4 )

10cd(d^2 - 2 + (5/2)c) =
10cd(d - √(2 - 5c/2))(d + √(2 - 5c/2))
